By accessing or using RichShorts (richshorts.lol), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

RichShorts is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create short-form video content using AI-generated scripts, images, and voiceovers, and optionally publish them to YouTube. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RichShorts to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any laws.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content to YouTube that violates YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure.
• Create spam, misleading, or deceptive content at scale.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using RichShorts. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos, scripts, or images.

7. AI-Generated Content

RichShorts uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate scripts, images, and voiceovers. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content published by users.

8. YouTube API Services

When you connect your YouTube account, RichShorts uses the YouTube API Services on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all content uploaded to your YouTube channel. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RichShorts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichShorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or YouTube account actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
